The California Law consists of 29 codes, covering various subject areas, the State Constitution and Statutes. Under Gray Davis, Reproductive Privacy Act of 2002 (SB-1301) eliminated the laws requiring California abortion providers to report their numbers. The links below reflect the laws currently in effect.
