Human Life Begins At Conception
The Issues4Life Foundation agrees, wholeheartedly, with the Catholic Church's teaching that is defined clearly in the 1974 CDF document Declaration On Procured Abortion (12):
"From the time that the ovum is fertilized, a life is begun which is neither that of the father nor of the mother, it is rather the life of a new human being with [his/her] own growth."

Fundamental Ethical Criterion
