The San Francisco Marathon™

Date: Sunday, August 3rd, 2008

Start Time: The first wave will start at 5:30 A.M.

Start/Finish Location: The Start and Finish Line is conveniently located in downtown San Francisco along the waterfront, on the Embarcadero at Mission Street. The staging area will be held walking distance away from the Start and Finish, in Justin Herman Plaza, across from the Ferry Building at Market and Steuart Streets.

Black Baby! align= Pick your favorite race, join the fun and help us raise money for the Issues4life Foundation. To demonstrate our commitment to the survival of the African-American community. The Issues4Life Foundation Founders will carry a "black baby rag doll" on their backs while they are running.
Our goal is to have - 100 - runners/walkers in the RunSFM™ Marathon. We are praying that this event and "visual" will encourage others to join us in the fight for the life of the unborn child in the African-American community.

    Lori and I are training (i.e., running) three (4) or four (4) times a week. Twice a week we enjoy Tae Kwon Do (TKD) training to improved our coordination and balance. TKD training is great low-stress way to workout.
